DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1964 (AJ) STATION IS LOCATED AT THE JUNCTION OF U.S. HIGHWAY 231 AND STATE HIGHWAY 20 WHICH IS ABOUT 4 MILES NORTH OF YOUNGSTOWN, 3 MILES SOUTH OF FOUNTAIN AND 20 MILES WEST OF CLARKSVILLE.
TOWER IS CONSTRUCTED OF A SQUARE METAL CAB WITH A CONICAL SHAPED ROOF AND HAS WINDOWS ON ALL FOUR SIDES. CAB IS SUPPORTED BY 4-STEEL CHANNEL LEGS AND IS ABOUT 100 FEET IN HEIGHT.
CAB OF THE TOWER IS GREY IN COLOR AND THE POINT INTERSECTED, WAS THE TOP-CENTER OF THE CAB.
