The shooting occurred at the Wacissa fire watch station of the Florida Forest Service Wednesday night. Corley J. Rose, 37, died at a Tallahassee hospital. The boy, Armon Rose, was held without charge for a preliminary hearing. Mrs. Rose, suffering from head wounds and shock, was treated at the hospital, Thomas said.
